Yo!!!!! How's everyone doing? Just got back a few days ago from a fishing trip to Iowa where my family has some land. The fishing was excellent!!! I went with my best friend, and along with my cousins, they can generally get me in and out of the boat without too much trouble. I need to be seated in a chair with a good back on it to set the hook on those 4-5 Bass we were catching ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!!! I've been paying for it since Friday, the day we got back. My knees, hamstrings, back, both elbows and my right shoulder have been killing me. Thank God for Alleve. Today I'm feeling a lot better and am getting around pretty good. I wasn't so hot there for a few days. Hope everyone has a chance to do something they LOVE, with some help from there friends and family over the holiday. Talk at ya soon.

Brad,
I know the feeling. Last week I went fishing with some friends and was wiped out for three days. It was well worth it even though I just got to look at some real big fish.
